The Convention Center is offering 2 days of boxed lunches at $50. All Boxed Lunch selections include Chips, Whole Fruit and a Cookie with Water and Tea options.
*Please note: NO outside food or drink is permitted in the Convention Center. On site concessions will be available and nearby restaurants are within walking distance, however, due to possible wait times, we encourage you to take advantage of this offer! We are unable to accommodate food allergies at this time so please plan accordingly.

Refund Refund Policy: You may cancel your participation in VidSummit 2023 at any time, but please be aware of the following cancellation policy: If you cancel before May 31, 2023, you will receive a refund of purchase price minus the cost of a Replays ($199). If you cancel between June 1, 2023 and June 30, 2023, you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee. If you cancel after July 1, 2023, you are not eligible for a refund but may send someone in your place for a $75 transfer fee. You may resell your ticket. To request a refund or fully grant your access to the event to another person, email info@vidsummit.com. Only requests made by the original registrant will be honored. Replays: You may request a refund on purchased VidSummit Replays, but please be aware of the following refund policy: We will gladly issue a refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase, however, refunds will only be considered within 48 hours of purchase.
